Very authentic dish. I ordered chicken skewers & meat balls. Super gooood. Real good one.
Such a great restaurant! this was our first time here in Istanbul and we found just this really cute Cafe, the service was exceptional on the food blew my mind. We got the lamb and the meatball and it was so delicious. Definitely try the Turkish coffee and they treat you with amazing ice cream after.!!! was so lovely !
Lots of choice, with a great mix of Turkish and Western dishes. As a vegetarian, I had several good options to choose from. When I ordered, the waiter thoughtfully asked whether I wanted my dish without cheese to make sure I wasn’t vegan. It was a nice touch and showed great attention to detail. The waiters were all very friendly and provided excellent service.
We visited for dinner and ordered a pasta and a mixed mezze platter. The pasta was good, but unfortunately two of the mezze items tasted unusually sour and spoiled, particularly the aubergine mezze. After a few bites, I informed the owner about the issue. To his credit, he immediately took the dishes back, checked with the kitchen, and returned to explain that those mezze were from the previous day and should not have been served. He apologized several times, replaced the dishes, brought us a complimentary falafel plate, and ultimately did not charge us for anything. I appreciate the honesty and the way the owner handled the situation once it was brought to his attention. However, serving spoiled food in the first place is a serious concern and unfortunately affected what was supposed to be a pleasant family evening. I hope the restaurant improves its food quality controls, as the staff’s response was professional, but such mistakes should never reach customers.
The food was outstanding – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every bite reflected great attention to quality and a perfect balance of tastes. The service was exceptional: friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail, making you feel welcome from the very first moment. And the atmosphere… pure magic! Elegant yet relaxed, the perfect place to enjoy great food or a refreshing cocktail. 🍹 A top spot for anyone who appreciates excellent cuisine, outstanding service, and a wonderful ambiance. I will definitely return and highly recommend it!
