The atmosphere of the bar was interesting and enjoyable. The music volume was a bit low, but the DJ kindly played some Iranian music for us, which made the experience much more fun. There was enough space to dance, and the cocktails tasted great. The restroom was clean, and the staff were very polite and respectful throughout our visit. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would be happy to come back.
We had a great time at this bar/restaurant. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was warm and enjoyable. The decoration is beautiful and gives the place a unique character. A special mention to the DJ, who played several of our favorite songs and really added to the experience. Everything was clean and well maintained, including the toilets, which is always appreciated. The only downside was that the prices were a bit on the high side, but overall it was a very pleasant visit and we would happily come back.
We had a 3-day city break in Istanbul with some friends (two couples). After an evening Bosphorus dinner cruise where the food wasn't to our liking, we were looking for a place to grab a bite near our hotel, Porto De Galata La Bohemian. This place caught our attention because of the music, so we decided to go in. It was a great choice! We found exactly what we were looking for. The place stays open until 3 AM, so you can really relax. The food was good, but what we enjoyed most was the atmosphere, the service, and the staff—especially Yusuf. He is a very well-mannered, attentive, and welcoming waiter who truly makes you feel at home. He isn’t the type who just waits for you to leave a tip; people like him are rare in Istanbul. Also, if you enjoy music, the young DJ there does a fantastic job. He mixes perfectly and combines Turkish music in a way that makes you want to get up and dance! The only downside is that they aren't very visible on Google Maps or from the street. We went in out of curiosity on our second day and liked it so much we returned the next. I only regret we didn't find them on our first day, but we will definitely be back with great pleasure next time!
This places a cute nook in a busy corner of kadikoy. An alley turned bar, complete with great food quesadilla burgers pizza and salad or donner there’s something for everyone Helpful waiters , Yusuf among others everyone is always watching out , across from the Jw Marriot even employees stop for coffee or night workers before going to work . But it is clean safe and not a pick up bar. Life Dj s rock the place from 9-12 . This is only place I ve had a quesadilla with no cheese and it been good and a pizza that was overly smothered with cheese
Five-star atmosphere and service, but one star for the food. The vibes are great, but don’t expect the usual Turkish standard. I ordered the köfte platter, and both the rice and köfte were terrible—tasted like they’d been cooked a day or two earlier. If you’re staying nearby, I’d say go for the ambiance, maybe some shisha and a drink or two, but not for the food.
