From the moment we arrived, everything was simply outstanding. The food was absolutely delicious every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. Huge compliments to Chef Ceyhun Doğan for such an incredible culinary experience. The atmosphere was just as impressive, with a beautiful view. A special thank you to our server, Erol, whose service was truly phenomenal, attentive, friendly, and professional throughout. everything was perfect. I can’t recommend this place enough
Zeferan Restaurant was a first-class dining experience from start to finish. The presentation was beautiful, and the food prepared by Chef Ceyhun Dogan was absolutely incredible. Every dish felt thoughtful, refined, and full of flavour. Our host and server, Erol, was warm, welcoming, and highly attentive throughout the evening. He was also honest when we were about to order too much food for just the two of us, and his recommendations were excellent. The aesthetics of the restaurant were stunning, with gorgeous furniture, elegant place settings, and a beautifully curated atmosphere. The restaurant also had an incredible view of the Sea of Marmara and a partial view of the Blue Mosque, which made the experience even more memorable. The entire evening felt Michelin-star quality. I highly recommend Zeferan Restaurant.
What a beautiful venue with Bosphorus and city view !!! We were there off hour so the restaurant was empty. It is located at the top floor of a boutique hotel that’s just very cute. The food and service were excellent. The manager was very helpful. We had a good experience, highly recommended.
A perfect place for a romantic dinner. Everything is top-notch. Very clean. Panoramic view of the Sea of Marmara. We ordered grilled sea bass and a salad with cherries and tomatoes — both were delicious. There was a wide selection of desserts, but we settled for a modest tea ritual with roasted nuts and dried fruits. The interior is fascinating as well. An unusual chandelier made of yellow lanterns, paintings on the walls, and a collection of antique spoons and vases — all of it creates a truly unique atmosphere.
