The place is nice, with a beautiful view, and the food is good. The service was average. However, what left a bad impression was that the manager came to our table asking for a tip. We had already left a certain amount, but he asked for additional money. That was very unprofessional and spoiled the overall experience. There are many much nicer places in Tarabya with better service.
I can only describe the restaurant as a complete family experience. Erdogan took care of us from start to finish with even telling us about the history of the restaurant and showing us the best items. We love this place for the food, the views, the good company. We are English speakers and we did not have any problem communicating with staff and friends.
A place we go often. Great food, beautiful Bosphorus, friendly staff. If lucky, you can see jumping dolphins in the Bosphorus. Gives feeling you left the city.
