Great vibes and fantastic service. Muscles were fantastic, then ordered two pasta dishes - bolognese had fresh fettuccine and cooked well but the carbonara was dry pasta (which I knew when I ordered) but was undercooked and slightly crunchy. Next time I would stick with the pastas that note they are fresh made, but over all a good meal, although a little over priced (to be expected for the area).
We sat outside in the garden area, which was incredibly cozy - quiet and relaxing, while still having a lovely atmosphere. We ordered pasta (including amazing truffle ravioli) and mocktails, and honestly, the pasta tasted like something you would get in Italy. Everything was fresh, flavorful and beautifully prepared. The service was friendly and attentive, and overall we had a wonderful experience. A truly great Italian dining experience in the middle of Istanbul.

If you are visiting Istanbul close to the umbrella road and you want to eat authentic Italian food. You must come to Paps Italian restaurant. It’s family owned and you can see them cooking the food. Food Taste , looks and smell is amazing . The service beyond amazing and ambiance is amazing.
We had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was really delicious, fresh, and well prepared, and the service was excellent. Special thanks to our waiter Arda and the lovely girl who helped us - they were both incredibly friendly, attentive, and made our evening even better. Truly great hospitality. We will definitely come back!
