The amazing food is only made better by the amazing views. Arguably one of the best views of the Bosphorus. The food was fantastic and portions were great. The lamb shoulder was incredibly tender and tasteful. Highly recommend if you want a fine dining experience that is reasonably priced.
The food was very good and service solid. The views are the real gem at this restaurant.
It is a wonderful place with a stunning view of Istanbul, offering delicious food, excellent service, and a beautiful, cozy atmosphere. Despite being located in the city center, it is surprisingly quiet and peaceful, making it perfect for relaxing and enjoying your time. The ambiance is elegant and welcoming, creating a memorable dining experience. It is an ideal choice for dinner, especially in the evening when the city lights add a magical touch to the scenery. I would definitely love to visit again.
Opening hours are sundays 5 pm to 1 am Monday to Saturday 6 pm to 1 am. Located inside the Marmara hotel in Istanbul near the Akko cultural art center. The view is fantastic of the Bosphore bridge. The food is ok. The staff was very friendly.
Okra Istanbul ✨ A place I always love taking my guests to — and every single time, it reminds me how lucky I am to live in such a beautiful city. It also makes my guests say, “So glad we came to Istanbul!” 🌇 The rooftop bar is simply unmatched — I honestly don’t think it has a rival in the city. 🍸 They could easily market it as a slogan of “360-degree Istanbul guarantee” slogan at their ads😄 The food is excellent, with a well-balanced and creative menu. The staff are generally well-trained and friendly; though sometimes (especially when it’s not crowded), it takes time or hand gestures to catch, I wish they’d keep a slightly closer eye on the tables. Other than that, it’s always a pleasure to visit — and a joy to see how sincerely the Okra team make both us and our guests feel at home. 🙏🏼 Highly recommended — you simply can’t go wrong! Would definitely RECOMMEND! And an extra round of applause 👏🏼👏🏼 to The Marmara team for rescuing us (and our foreign guests) from Taksim’s famous taxi 🚕 🚖 chaos, kindly escorting us all the way to the car. That thoughtful touch alone deserves an extra star!⭐️ I
