A loved the experience overthere. We had a great time. The staff were very friendly and professional. The music was so nice. Of course, the view is unbelievable. Moise Karakoy is recommended.
It was such an amazing experience! Breathtaking rooftop view of Istanbul. All the food we ordered was amazing, the hummus isn’t the best though. Would definitely go for Chicken wings or Urfa/Adana Kebab. The staff were so professional and friendly. Murat was very kind, funny and friendly. Would definitely come back again 💕
We visited Moise in Karaköy for a birthday celebration. The terrace offers a beautiful view, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the food was good. However, the service was disappointing. Throughout the evening, our table seemed to be consistently overlooked, with noticeably longer waits than other guests whenever we wanted to order something. We initially assumed this was because our table was farther from the main service area. When paying the bill, a staff member explained that tables with larger orders were being prioritized and implied that our bill was relatively small. This was surprising to hear, especially considering our group still spent a substantial amount during the evening. I understand that busy restaurants need to manage many guests, but customers should not feel that the quality of service depends on how much they spend. The food and the view were enjoyable, but this approach to service left a disappointing impression.
We came here because this hotel is a sister hotel of Adahan DeCamondo Pera, where we stay. Even though we were told that we can just come here for breakfast, the staff communication were poor and didn't know about this. We had to call our hotel and them explain before they bring us to the restaurant. The food and the view (closer to the Bosphorus) are better than the restaurant a our hotel. Just wish it was a smoother experience.
We had breakfast at this lovely place, and it was one of the nicest experiences of our stay. It was our first time in Istanbul, and we were delighted by how welcoming and friendly everyone was. We ordered a traditional Turkish breakfast, which was incredibly fresh and flavorful. They also served us a wonderfully rich Turkish coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice both absolutely delicious. The restaurant is located on a rooftop, offering an extraordinary view of the Bosphorus. Enjoying such a beautiful breakfast with that amazing panorama made the moment truly unforgettable. A perfect spot to start the day in Istanbul highly recommended!
