Applause for the service and the kitchen! A delightful experience in a relaxed setting, friendly staff, no unnecessary fuss, but still beautiful decor, wonderful cutlery (haddad cutlery), incredible pottery plates that enhance tasteful dishes ! Special praise for the sauces accompanying the dishes... I couldn't resist dipping my finger in the mustard sauce to wipe the plate 🙈 In my opinion, a very reasonable price for a wonderful Michelin worth its star experience! I can only recommend, and thank also the friendly service staff that added the top touch to the whole experience ! Finally, I loved the signature cocktail choice and turkish wine list. Can't recommend enough !
The baby calamari in mustard sauce is incredible! Beautiful food. I loved the variety of seafood dishes, tastefully prepared and complex flavors. Loved this place
If you're seeking a friendly introduction to Turkey, start here. I haven't visited myself and was somewhat apprehensive, especially because I have a peanut allergy. Honestly, among the seven starred restaurants in the city, only two could assure my safety. I'm pleased that Araka was among them because their service, attention to detail, and flavors were exceptional.
Delicious food with interesting and well-balanced flavor combinations. One of my favorite Michelin star meals in years. A bit out of the way, but well worth the trip.
