I give 5 starts since I cannot give more than that! Such a beautiful location, a lovely old mansion, very well maintained by the major of Istanbul, run by well mannered people with seriously affordable prices. We cannot thank enough to the major for this beautiful social facility.
The place is amazing! I went there on Saturday, and surprisingly it wasn’t crowded, we even got a table right away. I ordered Kaşarlı Köfte Izgara, basically grilled meat with cheese. The portion was large, and the price was affordable. I also tried my friend’s Mantar Kavurma, which was absolutely delicious, mushrooms with small pearl onions. Lastly, we ordered profiterole. The portion was generous, not too sweet, and very reasonably priced. The service was good, and the waitresses were very helpful. On top of that, the place has a nice view, you can even see a small part of the Bosphorus. Would go back here!
It's winter these days, and the terrace cafe offers a delightful view of the Bosphorus and the surrounding greenside—if the cool weather suits you, of course. Also, if you're looking for a quick bite to eat, like toast, bagels, or pastries, they're only available in the morning. The restaurant is housed in a well-maintained and ottoman stylish building, and the food is delicious. I highly recommend it.
Good restaurant with reasonable fair prices in an exquisite setting. However the service wasn’t that good. Also the sea bream was a little dry, and the mains just lacked flavour overall. But the starters and desserts were good.
I love İBB restaurants, and most of the time I prefer these municipality places. İBB Fatih Paşa Sosyal Tesisleri is located in the heart of the forest, surrounded by the calm of nature. It’s a beautiful restaurant in an old building that looks like a small palace — the perfect spot to enjoy delicious food at great prices. Although the çoban salad didn’t have onions, I can easily forgive that 🤗 Some comments mention it’s very crowded and you might have to wait, but we were lucky to get a table right away. We’ll definitely come back again!
