We couldn’t have asked for anything more special than the dinner we had here. Food was incredibly quick, tasty and delicious! We also tried atajo for the first time. And not to mention the service from Nihat, he looked after us in a very genuine way. Extremely amazed about this place.
This was probably the best Turkish food I’ve ever had. In a city like Istanbul, it’s easy to end up in touristy spots that don’t really deliver, but this place was completely different. A local friend took us there, and we were even welcomed by the owner, who guided us through his recommendations. Mezze was a real highlight. You could easily get full just from that alone. We ordered around six different meze dips, and each one was fresh, rich, and full of flavor. The lamb, in all the different ways we had it prepared, was outstanding. Perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful. The atmosphere felt warm and authentic, with freshly baked bread that brought everything together. It might be a bit on the pricier side, but it is definitely worth it. This place has raised my standards for Turkish food and I’ll definitely be back.
