Quiet rooftop place, we had the Sea Bass as recommended by our fantastic waiter Mustafa, which was the right choice. This included free starters, free desert, free fruit and tea and a plate of perfectly grilled Sea Bass with veggies. Couldn’t fault any of it, would recommend (amazing views also included).
Finding a calm and peaceful spot after some rush hours wandering around the historic island is priceless. We sat at the restaurant’s terrace, had a chance to watch İstanbul, you can see the Hagia Sophia from one side and the Blue Mosque from the other side. The music was not loud. The service was fast and everyone was helpful. It is important to mention that service guys understand English which made everything way easier while we ordered. We had dessert and Turkish coffee, all were very tasty.
We had breakfast at Turk Art Restaurant and it was absolutely fantastic. The food was amazing—honestly much better than Seven Hills, which is right next door. The quality, taste, and presentation were all outstanding. The rooftop terrace offers beautiful views, making it a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast while taking in the scenery. The service was off the charts, and the staff all spoke excellent English, which made everything easy and comfortable. A special mention goes to Mustafa, who provided the best customer service we experienced during our trip. He spoke excellent English, made sure we were well looked after from start to finish, customized our order to suit our preferences, and gave excellent recommendations. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality made the experience even more memorable. If you’re deciding between nearby breakfast spots, Turk Art Restaurant is an easy choice. Great food, amazing views, and exceptional service. Highly recommended!
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with complimentary water and tea. The bathroom was spacious and spotless, with everything in excellent condition. Breakfast was also a highlight, featuring fresh, soft bread and a great selection overall.
During our journey in Istanbul, we visited many places, but this restaurant was the only one where we came back. On our next trip, we will definitely visit even more often. First of all, I want to mention the service. It was very professional, polite and never intrusive. Everything was exactly as it should be. From the restaurant there is a wonderful view, which makes the atmosphere even better. The food is on the highest level! Pasta was just amazing. Maybe Italians will not agree with me, but I enjoyed the pasta here even more than in Rome. As a lovely surprise, we also received some compliments from the chef, which made our evening even more special. And what is even more impressive - the prices are very reasonable for a restaurant of this level and for the wonderful atmosphere it offers. We can say with confidence that this was the best restaurant during our 5-day stay in Istanbul in every way. Highly recommended!
