A vegan restaurant set within a beautiful grove, with no parking issues — you’re conveniently transported from the parking area to the restaurant by buggy. We tried the tasting menu, paired with accompanying wines, and it was an extraordinary experience. The menu was surprisingly filling, the service was excellent, and the team was incredibly warm and welcoming. Each dish was presented with its own story, which made the experience even more special. We truly enjoyed every moment and highly recommend it.u
This place is the Champions League of luxury vegan dining — easily 5 billion stars in quality. It gives you that Hunger movie feeling, with an incredible chef’s touch. The atmosphere is stunning. The location feels like a hidden paradise right in the heart of the city. With Chef Bahtiyar Büyükduman’s quality and creativity, the flavors are truly extraordinary. Each dish has its own concept, meaning, and almost an emotion behind it. The staff are genuinely friendly and clearly love what they do. We were 3 people. We ordered 3 set menus, plus: Cauliflower Fried Jerusalem artichoke I highly recommend it. Once you visit, it will completely blow your mind.
We decided to have the “short” testing menu. We loved everything we ate, except the pumpkin dish which was good but not great. Only negative comment would be the size of the dishes. I have tried many fine dining restaurants, this time I was still hungry afterwards, although we have ordered an extra from the a la carte menu as well. Additionally a little on the pricey side, taking into account that there is no pricey meat products in the menu.
