It was my very first time to Istanbul and we were celebrating my B-day here I really enjoyed hospitality of a beautiful ladies who served us , food and I even got a b-Day present (sweets), cake and the lady was so sweet she left us with INSTAX photo 💗🩷💗🩷✨ I love this place They do having a mini herb garden BTW ✨
Nicole Istanbul was an absolutely memorable experience. The 10 course tasting menu was unique in that each dish was layered with native spices and seasonings that felt very intentional. I left full and satisfied but never uncomfortable, which is key for a truly well-executed tasting menu. The service was impeccable from start to finish, and the wine pairings were on point with every single course. If you are in Istanbul and looking for a romantic date night or an elevated solo dining experience, this is where you want to go!!!
The experience is as you can guess great , it's a Michelline restaurant The service is good but can be honest compared to US Michelline restaurants the service need slightly improvement, when they recommend the food to be eaten from elfy to right not once but twice I noticed the plate was not places in my table like my friends Price , definitely not cheap but hey we knew it and no complaina from our end Can ir be better , not the food bur the seating , looks like a street restaurant, the view is very good Enjoy
We love trying Michilen restaurants in every country we go to, and Nicole had a Turkish menu we wanted to try. The amuse bouche dishes were good and had a nice flavor to them, but nothing for us that really stood out. The bread that was served was excellent and the butter that came with it was smooth and delightful. We went with two four course menus, so our starters included: Bonito with Raki: This was a decent dish that was good, however the overall taste for us was uninspiring and while the ingrediants were fresh, they didn't seem to mesh well with the overall dish. The lamb shoulder pastrami was another dish that was good, but the tastes were basic based on the ingrediants used for the dish. There was more vegetable flavor that overwhelmed the other flavors making it an ok dish. The octopus was a very good dish, tasted like grilled octopus, but again, nothing that stood out compared to other grilled octopus dishes we've had. The mains we had were the lamb and beef. The smoked beef ribs with kimchi patties were good, but with the actual flavor, it was a normal flavor I have had in the past at regular restaurants. The kimchi patties were more kimchi flakes, but they didn't really add to the flavor of the dish. The lamb was tough and like the beef ribs, didn't have a flavor that stood out to us like other lamb dishes have. The desserts were also average. We had the Kacat Kat and Kunefe and both of these dishes while unique, didn't have that element we have come to expect from one starred restaurants. The service was amazing and the sommelier was amazing and the wines she recommended really went well with the food. Overall, the food tasted good, but quality of some of the dishes (the lamb) was ok and there was no real unique flavors we haven't had in the past.
Michelin-starred Restaurant Nicole in Istanbul delivers a refined and memorable dining experience. The tasting menu is beautifully executed, the wine pairing thoughtfully selected, and the service polished and well-paced in an elegant, calm setting. It is quite expensive, but that is to be expected at this level of Michelin dining. Overall, a wonderful experience that truly reflects the standards of fine gastronomy.
