We visited on a Saturday evening quite late without a reservation, and the restaurant staff welcomed us warmly and professionally. The waiter who looked after our table provided excellent service throughout the evening. I’m sorry I didn’t get his name, but I would like to thank him again for his outstanding hospitality. We ordered plenty of mezes, and the truffle mushroom meze was definitely our favourite. The Adana kebab was excellent as well perfectly cooked and full of flavour. We had a wonderful dining experience and will definitely be visiting Karkas Ocakbaşı again at the first opportunity. Highly recommended!
Our reservation was for 20:00 and our table was not ready on time and we had to wait and got our table at 20:35. We ordered one portion of starters but they made us pay for double portions. Also we ordered katmer one portion and ice cream was added without consent and they made us pay 1000tl fee for something separately we didn't get an explanation for so be careful about that. Very poor service.
