I had the beef sandwich. And it was absolutely delicious and unforgettable. The best meal we had in Istanbul for sure if you like Japanese food.
Amazing experience! Comparable with Nobu (or even better), as you’ll be in the first place in terms of service. Food is excellent: great and super fresh fish, tasty cocktails (if you tried something in Istanbul already, please forgive you and run to this place!). Staff is friendly but non obtrusive! You can make a reservation online which is handy 🤍
One of the best Asian restaurants we have ever tried. The truffle salmon nigiri was the highlight of our meals. All the food was fresh and flavorful!
10/10! From the friendly and welcoming atmosphere to the great service, we loved our dinner here. Every single dish was delicious, we didn’t have a long wait and our waiters were so attentive. The truffle edamame is a must, so is the mango ceviche 😋 Oh make sure you also try the duck gyoza, so good! We will be back for sure

Cocktails: Their signature cocktail menu is equally impressive—ideal for a "here and now" (the meaning of Nau) sunset drink. Local Guide Tips for Your Visit: Reservation: Absolutely essential, especially on weekends when the DJ sets draw a crowd. Location: It’s very easy to find near the Şişhane metro, making it a great stop after a day of exploring the Karaköy boutiques. I had their Vegan Bowl which was a mish-mash of fresh Artichokes, Tofu. Quinoa and Veggies.. Coupled with Soy Dressing was perfect to kickstart a healthy afternoon! My server Mert was very quick and friendly.
