Amazing food! Our server, named Ege was so kind and funny! We sat on the patio and it had a beautiful view of the water. This restaurant sits across the final station of the Orient Express Train, so if you’re an Agatha Christie fan, I recommend coming here! The food is very authentic and overall this restaurant is a wonderful place to go to when in Istanbul!

The food was absolutely outstanding—every dish was cooked to perfection, beautifully presented, and packed with incredible flavour. The quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail were obvious in every bite. It was so good that we returned for a second meal during our stay, and it was just as exceptional as the first. The staff were second to none. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel genuinely welcome, providing attentive, friendly, and professional service throughout the evening. Nothing was too much trouble, and they truly went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The rooftop ambiance is simply breathtaking. Dining while overlooking the Bosphorus watching the lights of Istanbul sparkle across the skyline was an unforgettable experience. The panoramic views create the perfect setting for an amazing meal and make this restaurant feel truly special. To top it all off, we were treated to complimentary Turkish tea and delicious cake after our meal—a thoughtful gesture that perfectly finished an already incredible dining experience. If you’re looking for outstanding food, exceptional service, and one of the best rooftop views in Istanbul, Hanzade Bosphorus Restaurant is an absolute must-visit. This is an absolutely beautiful place, the food is amazing. The view is incredible, it’s a place you don’t just come to once. The service is second to none, you will not find a more pleasant place to eat. The complimentary cake and tea is a lovely final touch. I was here on my birthday and they even brought me a cake with a candle in singing happy birthday. Highly recommend this place, if you’re in Istanbul it’s a must to visit this gorgeous restaurant🤩
The restaurant is actually on a yacht dock at the pier, and the restaurant has a beautiful view of the bridge . We went on a Sunday so it was a little quiet, but even better to have the whole place with just a few other couples. We ordered calamari, shrimp in a boiling stone bowl, and grilled sea bream. We absolutely loved the grilled fish- crispy on the outside and still juicy inside. After a few meals here in Istanbul , we noticed that the food here tends to be without much salt- which is perfect for us! The octopus was fresh but the batter could be more crispy. In the end of March, the weather is still very cold and has been drizzling the whole day. We ordered apple tea ( a bit sweet), and drank it all quickly. Our waiter was so kind to refill it for us.
