Our stay at Richmond Hotel was absolutely amazing. The location is unbeatable, right on Istiklal Street, with the vibrant views, energy, and wonderful atmosphere of the street right outside the hotel. The hotel itself is exceptionally good. Everything was spotlessly clean, the rooms were very nice, cosy, and spacious and the bathrooms were modern, beautifully maintained, and equipped with the latest fittings. The staff deserves a special mention. Everyone, from the front desk managers to the housekeeping team and the breakfast staff was extremely kind, cooperative, and professional. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even surprised me with a complimentary cake and a cute card on my birthday during our stay. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture and made the occasion even more special. We stayed for six nights, and every single day was extremely comfortable. But the highlight of our stay was their wonderful breakfast. The variety, quality, presentation, and overall spread were simply amazing. It was a grand breakfast with so many delicious options, and we thoroughly enjoyed it every morning. We had a fantastic experience at Richmond Hotel and would love to stay there if we ever go to Istanbul again. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, well-located hotel on Istiklal Street. Excellent service, great rooms, an amazing location, and an outstanding breakfast. Everything was simply perfect. 10/10 and highly recommended!
We stayed there 4 times and plan on going again. The hotel is great and the breakfast buffet is always a treat. The location is unbeatable and the staff is amazing (special thanks for Sakine the housemaid that was super sweet and Mert at the reception that was super nice and helpful).
Very warm and very professional approach from the very first contact with the employees there. The hotel has the best location on Istiklal street, its is very clean and well maintained. Our room was perfect and the breakfast was great. I still feel sad that I had to come back to Makedonya. Special thanks to Furkan from reservations,Harun reception,Firat and the older man who cleaned. Hope to be guest there again soon.
My husband and I stayed at the Richmond Hotel during our trip to Istanbul. I have been to Istanbul three times, and this was by far the best hotel I have stayed in. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always helpful — especially Harun, who also helped us with a restaurant reservation and remained smiling, friendly, and attentive throughout our entire stay. The rooms were very well equipped and spotless. The location on Istiklal Street was also perfect and very convenient for exploring the city. For my birthday, they even surprised me with a cake and a birthday card that I discovered when I returned to the room, which made our stay even more special. A huge thank you to all the staff at Richmond Hotel for their wonderful hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel!
