Very new hotel with very good location directly at the metro to discover the city. Staff are very friendly and room are very clean.

Really nice overall. Quality in everything from rooms, facilities to services. Our personal driver Çağatay was really friendly and professional who guided us as well when required. Hilal, Ali and Emre were quite cooperative with all our questions or needs. Emre translated for me to taxi driver which made the ride really seamless. Thanks for everything, will visit back soon!
The stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect! Massive thanks to the wonderful staff. The experience actually started with a terrible taxi ride from the airport. While this had nothing to do with the hotel itself, the staff handled the situation brilliantly, even though they were under no obligation to do so. Due to a technical issue, the payment transaction for the ride failed, making the driver incredibly anxious and aggressive. Since the driver spoke zero English, effective communication was impossible. Fortunately, the hotel manager, Ali, was waiting at the entrance. He stepped in immediately to translate and manage the situation. Despite the complications escalating, Ali remained exceptionally polite, calm, and professional, demonstrating the high standards of the hotel and his own incredible stamina. In the confusion, the ride accidentally ended up being paid twice. Ali stayed on top of the situation, and by the next day, he had organised a cash refund for the duplicate payment. Receiving this level of continuous support while travelling was incredibly valuable and a wonderful surprise. Furthermore, the next day, Ali helped us order a taxi to a local tourist spot he had recommended. He spoke with the driver on our behalf and intentionally ensured the payment transaction went through successfully before we left to avoid any further issues. I highly recommend this hotel! Beyond the stellar service, the rooms were perfectly clean, the gym was great, and the breakfast was varied and beautifully served. If I ever find myself in Istanbul again, I will definitely stay here!
Wonderful place to stay if you come for work or holiday. Clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast with a nice view. Nice and welcoming personnel.
