The staff were attentive and polite. Overall physical experience was great for both the massage and hamam. However, it was not easy to find the entrance and I had to wait a while before someone could come out (sent a reminder 2hrs before arriving as instructed). Another concern was privacy as doors were left ajar. Facility could use some improvement too. Would recommend still.
A truly immersive experience. The place is not too crowded. The staff is nice and polite. The turkish hammam was very relaxing and the massage was just perfect. Loved it.
A wonderful experience at this lovely hammam. If you’re in Istanbul, this place is a must visit. Very centrally located near the Blue Mosque, I could easily walk here from my hotel. Emine treated me very well & Ambika was perfect in the hammam. Yummy Turkish tea at the end.
