Oktay bey was amazing. He made us feel comfortable and unlike the rest of many places we didn’t feel pressured to come. The music is very relaxing, nice AC and outdoor sitting. Coffee was great, one of the best cortados we have had in the city.
I had food here twice in my 4 day stay in Istanbul. Perfect for a quick bite! Excellent food with reasonable prices. I loved their Izgara kofte. Highly recommend.
This little Turkish spot is exactly the kind of place you hope to stumble upon — unpretentious, welcoming, and serving food that genuinely delivers. The soup is rich, deeply flavored, and comforting in every spoonful — the kind you'd want on a cold day or any day, really. But the real showstopper? The meatballs with mashed potatoes. Perfectly seasoned, tender, and paired with the creamiest mash — it's simple done right. You can taste the care that goes into every dish. Portions are generous, the vibe is cozy, and the value is outstanding. This is the kind of neighborhood restaurant every community deserves. I'll be back soon — and often!
We absolutely loved breakfast here! The coffee is amazing, along with the service! Nihat is awesome. The courtesy tea at the end of our meal was the icing on the cake. What a lovely, comfortable place to eat and relax a while.
Really reasonably priced, tucked away cafe that's about half the price of the tourist strip restaurants round the corner. Good food and Turkish coffee - the desserts also looked great but I was too full after my main 😱🫄🏼 Great spot if you want to just relax and get away from the smell of cigarettes for a bit.
