An unforgettable dining experience at Façyo Balık. The restaurant feels almost embraced by the beautiful waters of the Bosphorus, creating a truly magical atmosphere. Despite its large size, the entire place was lively, elegant, and filled with joyful, high-quality guests. The welcome and seating were exceptional, thanks to Mr. Vahip and his professional and attentive team, who made us feel comfortable from the very first moment. Choosing the starters was honestly difficult because of the wide and delicious variety offered — everything looked and tasted outstanding. The true highlight of the evening was the Kalkan (Turbot), which we followed their recommendation to have oven-baked. It was simply exquisite, perfectly cooked with a magical flavor that made it the star of the table. To top it all off, the desserts were kindly offered as a gift, which was a very thoughtful touch. Considering the quality of the food, service, and location, the prices were extremely reasonable for such a memorable feast. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic, refined seafood experience by the Bosphorus.
The food was delicious and the service was great. Highly recommend spot if you’re a seafood fan. The turbot fish was outstanding.
Steps from the Bosphorus, everything seems magical. The history of this city challenges me to try new and new foods, always impeccably prepared. The food here is also magical - the turbot is superb, the desserts, even for a country with vast experience in pastry, are innovative and authentic. Thank you. I will definitely come back here.
