Ruba attended to me and was a great help in communicating with all the staff. Like Ruba, everyone was very attentive and took care of some injuries I had from an accident while sightseeing. It was my best spa experience ever, and I highly recommend it. The oils and creams smelled wonderful and helped me relax after many days of sightseeing.
What an amazing experience to end our 7-day trip to Istanbul. Do not miss this. The Nepalese women are so gracious, peaceful oroviders of healing, comfort and balance. ~150 minutes of absolute bliss. Hamam, jacuzzi, baths, showers, lounges, face mask. Great value and wonderful time. Go with you partner or best friend!!!
My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Ottoman Hammam. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well looked after. The treatments were incredibly relaxing, and the entire atmosphere was peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained. A special thank you to Sonya, Bindu, Burak, and Kusum for their outstanding care, professionalism, and warm hospitality. They truly made our visit memorable and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend Ottoman Hammam to anyone looking for a truly relaxing and authentic hammam experience. We hope to come back again on our next visit. What an experience!! Kusum was my therapist and she was a star. Such a great masseuse with great customer service. Served me with a smile and was consistent throughout. Very clean and relaxing place. Highly recommend everyone to go here ☺️
We booked the Sultan Program at the Ottoman Turkish Hamam and it was honestly one of the best spa experiences we’ve ever had. From start to finish it was relaxing, professional, and felt truly authentic. Our host Selma was amazing — super warm, welcoming, and very attentive. She even surprised us with a honeymoon discount (€60 per person instead of €75), which we really appreciated. The entire ritual was well-timed and enjoyable: • Sauna + Steam to open the pores • Peeling scrub that left the skin extremely smooth • Foam massage which felt heavenly and refreshing • Oil massage at the end that completely relaxed the body The place was clean, organized, and had that classic Turkish atmosphere. My wife and I came out feeling refreshed, lighter, and genuinely pampered. Highly recommended for couples looking for a romantic and authentic hammam experience in Istanbul. Would 100% do it again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
