The Spa at Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus, Istanbul

Reseñas
The SPA and fitness center are excellent. Outsiders can buy yearly memberships. Quiet, impeccably clean and calming environments. Some classes are offered. Also private personal training can be booked. Look for Derya who is a focused and great trainer. She is warm and encouraging. Halil is also super kind and sweet and will work with your needs and requirements.
Impeccably managed and consistently exceptional. As a loyal customer for over three years, the Mandarin Oriental Spa truly sets the standard for luxury in Istanbul. I will always remain a devoted client — their Eastern Therapeutic Massage is my absolute go-to, and I’ve recently become a true fan of their facials as well.
First time trying the Turkish Hammam and it was a five star experience. I was surprised that there were almost no staff at the entrance of the hotel itself but once I stepped foot into the spa, I felt very well taken care of. The spa was very well staffed and by booking a treatment you also get to enjoy its wellness centre facilities including the outdoor and indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath, even if you’re not staying at the hotel. The changing area was also amazing - very solid shower, neatly organized and staff constantly cleaned every used area. As for the Turkish Hammam itself, I was slightly disappointed as there was not so much explanation on what to expect, even when the staff asked if it was my first time trying Hammam. For instance, one of the procedures was to thoroughly “cleanse” your body by splashing buckets of water over you, but with my back facing downwards, they poured water over my head repeatedly all of a sudden without announcing which took me by surprise. Overall, a very good experience despite some area for improvement.
