We stayed at the hotel for three nights and had a wonderful experience. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Emirhan, who was always available during the night and assisted us with anything we needed, and to Ali, who kindly took care of our concerns in the mornings. Special thanks also go to Adam, who supported us throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out, and made us feel truly welcome. All of the staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and attentive. The hotel's location, comfort, and quality of service were absolutely outstanding. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. We are already looking forward to our next stay and cannot wait to come back!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and the location was excellent — there was a shopping mall nearby, which was very convenient. We would also like to thank all the hotel staff for being so friendly, kind, and helpful during our stay. The receptionists were always welcoming and ready to help with anything we needed. A special thank you to Ferhat, who cleaned our room. He did an excellent job every day and was very polite and attentive. Overall, we are very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.☺️
I had a wonderful stay at New Inn Hotel Old Town in Istanbul! The hotel is very clean and well maintained, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The staff are kind, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options every morning. Everything was organized perfectly and the service was excellent throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, everything was perfect — I truly enjoyed my time here and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. I will definitely come back again!
Stayed at this hotel in Sep 2025. My wife and I still talk about our stay here. The staff were beyond friendly, expecting us and greeted us at the front. The staff offered to help us call taxis (just in-case we had not arranged for one). The rooms were quiet, well cleaned and amenities were well supplied. Location of the hotel is great, with bus access and train station within walking distance. Breakfast here was an added bonus, fresh food breads and cheeses. If we ever visit Istanbul again, we will return here.
