The property is in the heart of the city. İt is a throw away from Metro and also from Galata Tower and Taksim square. İt is centrally located with lots od restaurants and cafes around. Also, all of the staffs I’ve met were very nice. Specially Kerim. He helped me with issues of my kettle water and also figuring out how to connect properly in the YT and back to normal. He also helped me with my suitcase even late at night cause I need to leave at 2am. They were all very helpful from cleaning my room everyday and up to booking me my early morning taxi transfer to SAW. Highly recommended! İt is quaint, charming and affordable.
The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a few steps from the metro, a 5-minute walk from Galata Tower, and a 5-10-minute walk from Taksim Square. It's close to everything, as it's considered the city center. The hotel itself is safe and very quiet. I felt safe, as the hotel was mostly occupied by families. The rooms are cozy and clean. The room and bathroom are a bit small. For the price, the hotel is good. The staff is also very friendly. I'd like to give a special thanks to Kerim, who was prompt in helping us, answering all our questions, and resolving any issues we had with the hotel.
I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was extremely clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. The service was beyond excellent — truly outstanding. What made my experience even more special was the staff. Every single person was kind, warm, and genuinely caring. You can really feel that their priority is the comfort and happiness of their guests. Even the housekeeping ladies were incredibly sweet. They would kindly check on me if they noticed I was late leaving the room, just to make sure everything was okay. That level of attentiveness meant so much to me. Because of the amazing team, I will definitely come back every single time I’m in Istanbul. They made me feel at home 🤍
Everything from the location to the service was amazing. They upgraded our room free of charge and kept our luggage's all day as we had our flight at night. The rooms were clean and cozy. It's 5 mins walk to galata tower. Overall really nice experience.
Great staff, great hotel, very cozy and the location is very central close to the metro station. I stayed there for two weeks As a female solo traveler it was completely safe. Definitely worth every penny. One comment would be; My room however didn't have a view and was located where the fire exit is which I had to take the elevator to the last floor then take the extra stairs somewhat inconvenient. Shout-out to Genghiz the resident cat 🐈
