A wonderful hotel in a great location! I've stayed at many hotels in Istanbul including apartment styles and Rose Point Residence stands out by far. The apartment and entire building is incredibly fresh and clean. Rooms are equipped with all amenities, kitchenware and A/C, which work fantastic. There is a very modern feel to this hotel and as a female I was very impressed. The layout has been well thought out, with ample storage space provided in all rooms. The hotel is situated on a quiet side road very close to the main high street and transport links. We felt very safe at all times in the hotel and surrounding areas. The whole team works very hard behind the scenes to keep the smooth running of their hotels! They are incredibly kind, respectful and helpful. A huge thank you to Erdem and his team for our wonderful and comfortable stay.
Lovely and clean rooms, the location is around 2 minute walk for 62 bus station (a bit crowded bus) and 15-20 minute walk for Levent train station. One big advantage is the lovely and friendly staff especially Eray who speaks very good English and very helpful guy.
This was my third stay at this hotel, and I will definitely be coming back again. The apartments are always spotless, clean, and well maintained. One of the things I appreciate the most is how quiet the rooms are during the night.you don’t hear noise from neighboring rooms or even from the main road, which makes for a very relaxing stay. The location is excellent, and the hotel manager is very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay.
I stayed at this residence for 12 days and had a wonderful experience. The place was very clean and conveniently located near the subway, which made getting around very easy. The housekeeping service was excellent. Whenever we needed anything, they responded within about 15 minutes and were always helpful and efficient. The owners were very kind, responsive, and attentive throughout our stay. Their hospitality made us feel welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend this residence to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained place with great service and a convenient location.
We have been visiting Rose Point for years and every time I feel more and more appreciated. Erdem and Cem Onur are always very kind and they have a lot of patience. The stay with them is always peaceful, clean and cozy. I recommend the place!
