I had a wonderful experience staying at Miss Royal Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome. The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. A special mention must go to Paneet at the reception desk. He was extremely friendly, polite and helpful throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he always made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He was particularly helpful with any questions we had and went out of his way to assist us whenever necessary. His warm personality and excellent customer service really made a difference to our stay. Staff members like Paneet are a real credit to the hotel. Overall, we had a lovely stay at Miss Royal Hotel and would definitely recommend it to others. We would happily return in the future. Thank you to all the staff, and especially Paneet, for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable.
Location- The location is perfect, very close to sultanahmet and you can take tram to wherever you are going. The rooftop restaurants are all near, supermarket and stores just 2min away. Location wise perfect Cleanliness- As someone who is scared of bedbugs and risk of the hotels of istanbul, this hotel is very clean very comfortable. I had zero issue. Staff- depends on who is on shift but overall nice people. Breakfast- well totally worth my money. i think They change the fruit and pastry everyday. Overall same everyday. You have a sea view from rooftop. That's why we did not think about having dinner on terrace but now i regret it. We should have dinner too. Ps: please have a dinner at the rooftop. The evening staffs are nicest and they seem to have no customers except the guests. They say they offer discount for the guests.
I had a wonderful stay during my holiday in Istanbul. Everything was excellent, from the comfort of the room to the overall hospitality of the hotel. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. A special thank you to Ali, Hammad, and Rafay, who were incredibly helpful throughout our trip. Whether it was recommending places to visit, guiding us around the city, or assisting with anything we needed, they were always friendly and supportive. Their local knowledge made exploring Istanbul much easier and more enjoyable. My daughter had an amazing time, and thanks to the warm hospitality of the team, we never felt like we were in a new country. The hotel felt like a home away from home. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its fantastic location. It is just a short walk from the major attractions such as the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, making sightseeing extremely convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Great location, comfortable rooms, outstanding staff, and an unforgettable experience.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an absolute hidden gem! Wandering down a charming cobbled street by the waterfront, I stumbled across Miss Royal Hotel, and I was completely blown away. This beautiful boutique hotel has everything – stunning Bosphorus views, a gorgeous rooftop terrace bar and restaurant, and a luxurious spa and hammam tucked away below. Everywhere you look is picture-perfect, yet it still feels warm, welcoming, and authentic. What made my visit truly special was the people. The owner was incredibly kind and took the time to show me around personally. Every member of staff was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared that I was having a wonderful experience. Whether it was helping me find taxis, recommending places to visit, or simply making me feel welcome, nothing was too much trouble. I sat enjoying delicious food and drinks while taking in the views, and honestly, I could have stayed there all day. It felt like one of those magical places you discover by accident and never want to leave. If you're visiting Istanbul and looking for somewhere beautiful, peaceful, and full of genuine Turkish hospitality, Miss Royal Hotel is an absolute must. I loved every minute of my visit and will definitely be back. ❤️
Honestly, I had a really great stay here. The value for money is spot on – you get exactly what you’d hope for for the price. Big shoutout to Ali and Hammad, they were always super friendly, helpful, and just made everything feel easy and welcoming. Service overall was really good, and the whole team seemed genuinely nice and attentive. The room was clean and well kept, which made it easy to relax and feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place and I’d happily come back!
