Very, very classy, excellent service 👌 We arrived late and they had put the key in a safe by the door. They had prepared our room and paid attention to every detail. I thank them so much for their excellent service 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 The place is right in the heart of Ortaköy, literally everything is nearby. I booked it through Booking.com (just so you know, they have a €100 security deposit policy), but they didn't take it from us (even though they said they only charge it for families with children 👦🏻). Honestly, the owner was so classy; she didn't take a deposit or anything and even brought us a blanket and sheet so we could use the sofa as a bed for the little ones. She said if we had informed her earlier, she would have prepared everything for us. Most importantly, it was spotless.
