We had a wonderful time here! The staff are so genuine and nice - absolute pleasure and in line with our Marriott experiences. The hotel is in a great location - walkable into the Sultanahmet side and Galata Tower and onward to Taksim square. However the local transit is great and the hotel is centrally located to easily access bus, tram, and ferry lines.
One of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had, the room was modern and sparkling clean. The location is central and easy walking/public transport to all major tourist attractions. Lastly the staff, particularly Ali, is fantastic. I was struggling to contact my next hotel and asked for help dialing out. Instead he called for me and arranged the airport transport, going above and beyond. I was really impressed with this hotel.
We had a wonderful stay at the Delta by Marriott Karaköy Istanbul. The location is fantastic. It is within walking distance of so many amazing restaurants, cafés, and attractions, and it's incredibly easy to get around the city from here. The hotel itself was spotless, and we really appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was throughout our stay. What truly made our experience exceptional, though, was the staff. Karem, Omar, and the gentleman who worked the evening shifts were all incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. My husband had a knee injury and needed to ice it several times a day, which meant we were asking for ice quite often. Every single time, they went out of their way to help us with genuine care and compassion. They never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them and always greeted us with a smile. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel truly looked after, and it turned what could have been a stressful trip into a very comfortable one. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can highly recommend it. The location is absolutely perfect, very central, right by the Galata Tower, and just about 100/200 meters from a tram stop that takes you straight to Sultanahmet/Ayasofya or Beşiktaş. Galataport is also within easy walking distance, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is new, well-insulated, and the overall quality is top-notch. Our room was quiet and comfortable, and you could tell no detail had been overlooked. A special mention has to go to the staff, the team here is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Serkan, Eylül, and Birsu in particular were extremely helpful, professional, and warm throughout our stay. Their hospitality really made our visit even more enjoyable. The rooftop is beautiful too, a nice spot to enjoy breakfast with a stunning view over the city. Altogether, a fantastic hotel with a prime location, great quality, and an outstanding team. Highly recommended!
Rooms are good... Not big... But it is enough and have a new high tech control system... Theservice i believe is great.. They are very helpful.. Location is within many shops.. You may go any where by walking... And it is between 2 bus and tram stations.
