I have stayed at the Crowne plaza 3 times now since we were having our wedding here on the terrace. I can honestly say the rooms have always been extremely clean and all staff are amazing, always smiling and willing to help. We flew approximately 40 people to this hotel for our wedding and everybody loved their stay here. Reception and concierge team are amazing, Görkem was brilliant, helped book taxis, helped retrieve a bag left in a taxi and even helped book restaurants. Melisa was our wedding planner and she was also amazing. We were very particular and she was very patient, always available and her experience helped make our wedding exactly how we wanted. Thank you again to everybody.
We had a very short stay due to a one-night transfer, but we were truly impressed by the hospitality at Crowne Plaza Istanbul! The staff helped us quickly with everything, showed us around, and even made sure we could still eat in the amazing rooftopbar despite the late hour. The room was very comfortable, with thoughtful details like night lamps for extra safety at night. In the morning, even though the coffee bar and breakfast were not open yet, the staff still arranged coffee for us before we left. A special thanks to the reception team in the morning, Dogukan and Semih for their kindness and extra care. Excellent service and a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended!
I’ve been traveling for 25 years, and this is the first time I’ve stayed somewhere that feels truly perfect. From the moment you close the door to your clean, spacious room, you feel completely at ease. Being just a one-minute walk from the Bosphorus makes the location exceptional—but what truly sets this place apart is the people. You’re always greeted with a warm smile from Semih at the door, and the entire staff reflect the genuine warmth and hospitality of this incredible city. A truly unforgettable stay. Couldn’t wait to post this review on my way to the airport.

Each morning, breakfast was consistently excellent — both the food selection and the service. Zeynal, Sedet, and the entire breakfast staff created such a positive experience every day. Their attentiveness, friendliness, and care did not go unnoticed and made our mornings something we truly looked forward to. Hospitality like this makes all the difference when traveling, and the team at Crowne Plaza Ortaköy delivered it consistently during our four nights there.
