I’ve been to Istanbul several times, and Conrad Istanbul is definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in the city. The service is exceptional, and every member of the staff we dealt with was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. The location is another big advantage. It’s very central and close enough to easily get to Taksim, Beşiktaş, Nişantaşı, and many of the main areas of Istanbul, but at the same time it’s away from the busiest and noisiest parts of the city. You get the convenience of being in the centre without feeling like you’re surrounded by crowds and traffic all the time. What stood out to me most was the overall level of service and how friendly the staff were throughout our stay. Everything felt very well managed and professional.
I stayed at the Conrad Hotel last week and I can genuinely say it is a true 5-star luxury experience. From the moment I entered, I was impressed. The interior is stunning and feels so luxurious. The lobby is beautiful, and my room was perfect - very spacious, clean, comfortable, and with an incredible sea view. Waking up to that view was unforgettable. I really enjoyed all the facilities. The swimming pool was amazing, the sauna was very relaxing, and the restaurant served delicious food with a great atmosphere. What made the stay even better was the staff. They are so kind, humble, and professional. Every request was handled so quickly, the service is really fast. You feel truly taken care of. I felt so comfortable and relaxed throughout my stay. Everything from the rooms to the views to the service was top-class. I am very impressed and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxury stay!
A genuine five-star experience, mainly thanks to the exceptional service. The reception and concierge staff were incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. After asking if any rooms with a view were available, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. Even on the first floor, the view was still ok. The only downside was the outdated TV, which lacked streaming services or on-demand films. I was also disappointed that high-speed WiFi came at an extra cost. The free WiFi wasn’t fast enough for work, which feels unreasonable for a hotel of this standard. The rooftop bar is a highlight, with incredible Bosphorus views, great drinks, and good service. The Michelin-starred restaurant, however, didn’t live up to expectations. The food was average for the price and the service was noticeably slow. A special mention to the reception team, who kindly gave us a complimentary late checkout until 4pm before our flight. Small touches like that made the stay memorable, and I would happily stay here again.
We had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn't be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job maintaining high standards throughout our stay. The food was absolutely amazing, with a great variety of delicious options available every day. Every meal was fresh, well-prepared, and exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Volkan, who took great care of us, especially when we were leaving. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel truly valued as guests and left a lasting impression. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to return in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!
Very friendly staff. Everyone doing great job. Best food for breakfast lunch n dinner. If you are in Istanbul for your trip must book this hotel n feel luxurious environment. Don’t know tha name the girl on restaurant entrance she is superb always warmly welcoming. Feel like home n enjoy 🥰
