We booked the €75 couples hammam package and, as first-timers, weren’t sure what to expect. Overall, it was a unique experience and a good introduction to a traditional Turkish bath. The package included, and in this order: * 30 minutes in the sauna * 20-30 minutes in the steam room * A traditional foam scrub and hair wash on a heated marble slab * A 45-minute massage * A face mask at the end that you wash off in the changing room For us, this package was the perfect length. By the end, we felt like we’d had plenty of time to enjoy the experience and didn’t feel the need to book a longer treatment. The only things I wasn’t crazy about was that the steam room smelled like mildew and the changing room smelled bad. The facilities weren’t super modern but for the price I think it’s very fair. Overall, I’m glad we tried it. Natasha was great.
I booked the 30-minute relaxation massage and overall had a very good experience. The staff were responsive and made the booking process incredibly easy through WhatsApp. A couple of things I would have liked to see improved: * Before the massage begins, it would be helpful if therapists asked about any sensitive areas, injuries, or spots to avoid. My therapist used quite a bit of pressure right away, and a quick conversation beforehand would have made the experience more comfortable. * I was also surprised that payment was required before the massage. I’m from the U.S., so this may simply be a cultural difference, but it felt unusual to me and I wasn’t sure if that is standard practice here. I was given my change only after the service. Overall, the massage was enjoyable, and the convenience of booking and the quality of service made for a positive experience.
The Deluxe Hamam Package was absolutely fantastic for us as a couple. This was our very first hamam experience, and it exceeded every expectation—we would highly recommend Sarniç to anyone visiting Istanbul. Our massage therapists, Osin and Putu, were incredible. Hands down, it was the best massage we’ve ever had. Osin spoke English, which made the entire experience smooth and comfortable, and she guided us through every step of the process. Scheduling a same-day appointment via WhatsApp was super convenient, and the team even helped us arrange an Uber afterward, which we really appreciated. On top of that, we accidentally left a phone in the Uber, and Selda, the manager, went above and beyond by speaking directly with the driver and helping us recover it. We truly cannot thank her enough for her kindness and care. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. A must-visit hamam experience—we would absolutely return!
I looked at many places, many reviews and chose this place and I really did not regret it. Everything was of a high standard, professional. The girl who served me was amazing. The massage was great. The reception is very nice, speaks English. P.S. don't forget to leave a tip for the girls for a good job. Very good value for money. I definitely recommend it.
