I had an amazing experience at Ottoman hamam. The atmosphere was peaceful, beautifully designed, and incredibly clean, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The treatment itself was exceptional. The exfoliation and massage were done with great care and left my skin feeling incredibly soft and refreshed. Every detail was handled with professionalism, and you can tell the team takes pride in providing a high-quality experience. A big thank you to Rania of taking care of my last minute booking and making it an exceptional experience. She was very helpful, friendly and brought such positive energy from start to finish.
Had a 1 h thai massage here and it was a great experience. The massage therapist was really great - she really melted the tension away in my back. They let us use the sauna and steam-room free of charge after and even provided us with underwear to use as we didn’t bring a swimsuit. The staff was very polite all throughout the session. The facilities are super clean. Would definitely return and highly recommend.
First time experiencing a Traditional Turkish Bath and it is an amazing experience! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I’ve got the Sultan Program package and it was definitely worth it! They have everything you need - disposable inner garments, slipper, bath robe and a locker to lock your belongings away! The Hamam was an experience worth trying, warm marbles that you lie on and the warm water getting poured on you felt so good. They also wash your hair for you, I was sceptical but my hair was quite smooth after! The only thing was my hair was wrapped in a towel when I went for my massage and after the massage, you can dry your hair at the changing room. The massage was amazing, hit all pressure point and was extremely soothing! I’ve received a face mask gift and it was lovely, but you’d have to walk back downstairs to the changing room to wash the mask off. I don’t think that’s a downside but it’s just something that some people might find it off but I was fine with it. For all contact lens user, come with your contact lens case and solution or bring your glasses!
I had an amazing experience at Ottoman Hamam in Istanbul on 11th April. The entire Turkish hammam ritual was incredibly relaxing and authentic. The staff were professional, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. The atmosphere was clean, calming, and beautifully traditional. I left feeling refreshed and genuinely relaxed. Highly recommended if you want a proper hammam experience in Istanbul.
We were very satisfied with the hammam. Everything was very hygienic and extremely clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel very comfortable. Before the hammam, we also swam in the pool and used the saunas, and everything was very clean and well maintained. Compared to other hammams we have visited before, this place was much more hygienic and attentive. We definitely recommend it.
