The therapist are very well trained. Fantastic service and really nice amenities. The pool is nice and clean. The gym is well equipped and spacious. The steam and sauna rooms are hot. All in all a great spa with fair prices and superb service.
I came here to relax before attending a family wedding, and I would absolutely come back. Nice, clean, and well organized spa. When you arrive, they confirm your service, you pay upfront, and then you’re given a robe and slippers. Make sure to show up early to change into your robes, 15-20mins I suggest. My hammam experience was completely private, with one attendant doing everything for you from start to finish. It was a bit surprising that I don’t even grab my own towel but if you just want to be taken care of it’s great. I also booked the cupping massage afterward. The massage itself was fast paced, so I didn’t find it mentally relaxing, but it definitely helped my muscles. I left feeling physically better.
My wife and I came here for a traditional Balinese couples massage and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We were upgraded to a VIP massage room, which made it even more special. The therapists were very professional, and the massage was incredibly relaxing. If you prefer, you can also book an individual massage. We also really enjoyed the spa facilities—the Turkish bath was beautiful, and the sauna, steam room, and pool were available to use without any time pressure. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and everyone made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. We left feeling completely relaxed and will definitely come back the next time we’re in the area. Highly recommended!
