If you're looking for an elegant, luxurious and impeccably clean hammam experience this is one of the best places to visit. The attention to hygiene is outstanding with every detail carefully managed to ensure guests feel comfortable and well cared for. You are provided with a fresh personal kit, secure storage for your valuables and a comfortable changing area all of which contribute to a seamless and relaxing experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The gentlemen at the entrance dressed in black suits, were exceptionally professional and friendly. A special mention goes to the gentleman with short hair who assisted us with the registration forms his warm welcome and courteous manner set the tone for a wonderful experience. The service was exceptional from start to finish. A special thanks to Terkan or Serkan not sure about the spelling and Murad whose professionalism, hospitality and attention to detail made the visit even more enjoyable. Their dedication to guest satisfaction truly stands out. The hammam also maintains guests' privacy by not allowing photos inside the bathing areas; photography is only permitted in the lobby which helps preserve the peaceful and authentic atmosphere. To complete the experience, the traditional sherbet, water and coffee served afterward were the perfect finishing touch to a wonderfully rejuvenating visit. As a thoughtful gesture, we also received a lovely gift which made the experience feel even more special and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an authentic, relaxing and premium hammam experience.
My wife and I had our first Turkish bath experience in Istanbul. It’s very similar to Japanese/korean Akasuri, although each style has their own unique way, but for my personal experience, I felt so clean after the treatment. This Hammam place is so close the Blue Mosque, a must try experience for all visitors to Istanbul in my opinion. We were glad we visited this place, a clean and no smell bath place with hot marble stone.
Very clean and hygienic!!!I had an amazing experience at this Turkish hammam. The place is huge, beautifully maintained, and everything felt very clean and comfortable. They provided fresh, clean towels and new slippers, which made the experience even better. A special thank you to Buket and Yasam, the two lovely ladies who took care of us. They were incredibly kind, professional, and made us feel so welcome from beginning to end. Their warmth and attention truly made the visit unforgettable. After the treatment, they kindly offered us tea and sweets, and we never felt rushed at all. We could relax and enjoy the whole experience at our own pace. We were genuinely impressed by their hospitality and kindness. Highly recommended!
Just finished my hamam experience for the first time and Hurrem Sultan Hammam did not disappoint! It was made truly spectacular by the amazing Nihan who helped me with the bath, massage, and mask. She made me comfortable, was so respectful and professional that I’ll be sure to ask for her again when I visit Istanbul and HSM again inshallah. She really made my first hammam experience ultra relaxing and memorable. Beautiful renovation of the entire hamam. Everything was perfect. Would highly recommend and especially Nihan!
Wow!! What an experience!! I had the most wonderful 2 hrs or so here. I went in the evening from 7-9ish. I was looked after, not rushed & in the most beautiful surroundings. Highly recommend. Extremely clean & hygienic. No photos allowed in the actual Hammam but it’s a beautiful marble room. Afterwards you are given Turkish tea & delight to relax with.
