So nice, we came two days in a row for our foot massages. Just the thing after long days hiking up and down the hills of Istanbul. Everything was very clean and personal. Even chai. Would definitely recommend
Updated review: I feel I need to leave an updated review. I was invited to leave a review before paying, and at the time I was happy to leave 5 stars based on my initial experience. However, after returning to my hotel, I realised there were a few issues I unfortunately had not noticed at the salon. I visited for a manicure, pedicure, foot massage, and a 20-minute chair massage. The massages were genuinely very good, and the manicurist was kind and welcoming throughout, even using Google Translate to communicate with me, which I really appreciated. After leaving, my polish smudged because I had to go before it had fully dried, so I removed the polish once I got back to the hotel. That is when I noticed that my big toenail had been filed down very heavily on one side, leaving the nail extremely thin and sensitive. I did already have a small break in the corner of the toenail, but I personally do not feel it required that much of the nail to be filed away. I also noticed that one of my pinkie cuticles had been nicked during the manicure, which left it sore and irritated afterwards. I still want to emphasise that the staff were lovely and that parts of the experience were enjoyable, especially the massage. Given the overall cost and range of services, I did expect a bit more care and attention to detail with the nail work itself. Original review: Awesome experience. Chair massage and foot massage was amazing, and the manicurist was so patient and kind.
Excellent 5-star service! I had a wonderful foot massage and pedicure, and Ammar and Cansu were both amazing. They were professional, friendly, and very attentive throughout the whole experience. The foot massage was relaxing and the pedicure was done beautifully with great care. I left feeling refreshed and very happy with the service. Highly recommended!
Cansu and Mohammed are amaizing visit them for their top chair+face massage. Their hospitality and services are worth if you are visiting. They both specialise in massage and can find your trigger points, and make you feel like a new person . We will visit again soon🤍✌🏼
