We had such a wonderful experience at Crown Spa! The massage was great and the Turkish bath was relaxing and felt like such a special experience to do while visiting Istanbul. The staff were warm, professional, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. We left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. Lisa was my massage therapist and was absolutely amazing. I had a Swedish massage and it felt heavenly. She was very professional and kept checking to see how I was doing. The whole spa is amazing and Shanzal at the front desk was so sweet and helpful and made sure we had a very pleasant experience. Wonderful on the whole and a must do!!
I visited this hammam during my stay in Istanbul and booked the €100 package that included a massage, sauna, and Turkish bath. The massage itself was good and the staff member doing the treatment was professional. However, for the price I expected a more comfortable and private spa experience. No robe or disposable underwear was provided, so I had to keep my own underwear on during the bath, which became completely soaked and uncomfortable afterward. Another issue was privacy. After the massage I had to walk through the pool area to reach the sauna and hammam while a staff member was sitting there watching, which felt awkward and not very relaxing. Overall the treatment was okay, but the expense did not match the price or the “luxury” description. For €100 I expected better amenities and more privacy.
It was my first time experience for massage and this place is amazing, there staff there environment was very neat and clean i love this place , and i will highly recommend you guyz also to visit and take there services. There therapist are very professional
