I will definitely return. This hotel has great value. Murat Bey got my TV channels organized and Nur Hanım helped me with the wifi password and set the air conditioner to my taste. I was served Turkish coffee complimented by the staff and allowed to sit in the lobby long after checkout to make calls. Very clean … I was in the Kuzguncuk room which was not the hotel’s best room but it was perfect for me. I had a wedding party to attend across the street at Gul Sultan Yalısı… so this was my first time at Mateo Hotel. A real find!
