Very nice manager (Alfo) and staff were friendly too. He helped us to select the right package that offers the best for us. You will feel brand new after the Turkish hammam.
Pretty incredible. My wife has had spa experiences across the globe and this one was her favorite. Very enjoyable, competent and friendly staff, and reasonable pricing made this our favorite element of our trip to Istanbul.
Altogether, it was a good experience. We enjoyed our time there. The only thing that can be a bit annoying, especially when you want to enjoy a relaxing day, is dealing with the booking staff. They make you wait for a long time and keep asking what package you have booked. The place was nice and clean, but you should be aware that other people use the facilities at the same time. So, it may not be very quiet, and you might not have much privacy in the sauna or pool if others are there. The saunas were pretty small, too.
Excellent service from the time you contact them from appointment till the end of session. Super service. Very welcoming host. They dont try to upsale service. What ever package you decide they will just except and start guiding you around....Felt very comfortable and the service provided was much more than expected....Lena was great and very caring and did what I told her as I had a surgery and was recovering from it...even offered me complementary swim time which, I will use next day as had to visit airline office and they agreed..very nice people...wish them all the best abs definitely recommend them to my friends visiting Istanbul..
