I am having a wonderful stay at G Residences Ulus. The staff went above and beyond to help with several last-minute accommodations during my trip, and their hospitality truly made a difference. A special thank you to Neda, Gizem, Nadir, and Maryam at the front desk, as well as Eren from Housekeeping, for their exceptional service, professionalism, and kindness. Every interaction was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, making me feel at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, the location and view was excellent, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend G Residences Ulus to anyone visiting Istanbul, and I will be continuing to stay here myself! Thank you again to the entire team for making my trip so memorable so far.
I stayed in G Residences Ulus, for 4 nights and it largely surpassed my expectations as it offers a perfect blend of comfort and elegance in a classy residential neighbourhood of Istanbul (Ulus), with easy access to everywhere (10 min walk to Akmerkez, 5 min taxi to Ortakoy, etc) while still feeling peaceful and exclusive. The room was super nice and clean with beautiful view of the bosphorus. Also special mention to the staff and Neda in particular who was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail was taken care of. I will definitely come back!
This is truly the best hotel. The front desk staff are extremely kind. A female staff member from Iran always greeted me with a bright smile and was very welcoming. And She made sure everything was perfect I stayed in Istanbul for two weeks, and this hotel was the most friendly and comfortable. The room is also luxurious and modern, and it has a washing machine and a sink, which makes it perfect for long-term stays. It is in an excellent location for visiting Ulus, Etiler, and Bebek, so I highly recommend it.
A beautiful, spacious hotel with a Bosphorus view, great amenities, and friendly, helpful staff This is a really beautiful hotel. I’m staying in a room on the 3rd floor with a view of the Bosphorus, and there’s absolutely nothing to complain about. It’s spacious, with a comfortable bed, a kitchenette, and a large, clean bathroom. There’s even a washing machine, which is very useful for me. The reception staff are kind and friendly. Communication with them is excellent—I personally prefer using WhatsApp. Whenever I need something, it’s never a problem
Our entire experience, from making the reservation to checking out was seamless and enjoyable. Booking was quick and uncomplicated, and the central location made it incredibly easy to get anywhere we needed. The rooms were immaculate and truly reflected a high-end, five-star standard. The design is both stylish and functional, with every detail carefully considered to create a very comfortable atmosphere. The view from our room was also great. We appreciated having Netflix readily available on the TV — such a thoughtful detail. The staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. A special thank you to Neda, whose kindness and excellent communication made us feel genuinely cared for. We would gladly stay here again and confidently recommend it to others.
