I went there with my friends and we were so surprised with their hospitality and how clean the spa is and we had the massage Hamam service with face mask It was such great experience with professional therapist they have. their massage was so relaxing and we got our drinks with great views all services I got I give 10 out of 10 we will come back again for sure ❤️
My boyfriend and I went for a spa here on our trip with a package 2 €75. Pros: the staffs are helpful and nice, we changed the schedule 2 times and they were flexible about it. The massage me myself felt pleasant but my bf said the girl massaged him is too small to handle him. Cons: the facility is smaller and older than in the picture. The wet sauna didn’t work, the pool was too cold. The most disappointed is that we didn’t have any hot water for our hammam bath, in which we were shivering. They only gave us 2 option was either leave, ended the package without the hammam bath or have it with cold water. We choose the later since we wanted to experience it. We were cool about it but still a let down. Not the worse massage but not worth €75
Went here as a couple and had a great experience. We started with half an hour massage (in separate rooms), then we met up and sat in the sauna and the steam sauna for a while. After that we got the hamam treatment, also together in the same hamam room. Finally we had some relaxation time and got a glass of tea. I think the whole visit took more or less two hours.
I visited 3 hamams on my trip to Istanbul, and this spa is the only one of the 3 I would return to. The service was beyond excellent and the facilities are kept in pristine condition. Reema is a gem and I will admit that I feel horrible I did not have more cash on me for a larger tip. I did not expect it to be so above and beyond. It was also my first of the 3 experiences here, I had no idea how amazing I had it compared to the other 2. For reference, the other 2 were at Beethoven Simfoni Sultan Selim Hamam and Iklima Traditional Hamam. Thank you again so very much, and many blessings to all the incredible staff 🙏🙏🙏
Our First time taking turkish bath and hammam experience as couple. It was worth the money. Our massage therapist was Reema and bath was given by her also. She was very professional and comfortable. Definitely recommend her.
