⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am currently staying at this hotel for a two-week recovery following surgery, and I have had a wonderful experience so far. From the moment I arrived, every member of staff has been welcoming, kind, and professional. The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, making my recovery much easier. I would especially like to thank Ali from the breakfast team. He has been absolutely outstanding throughout my stay. Every morning he goes above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable, asking if I need anything and always checking that everything is okay. His kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care have made such a difference during my recovery. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he always greets guests with a smile. He is a real credit to the hotel. I would also like to thank all of the reception staff, who have been incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating from day one. They have always been happy to answer any questions and assist with anything I have needed, making me feel genuinely well looked after. Thank you to everyone for making my stay so enjoyable so far. I still have a few days left and look forward to the rest of my stay. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting, whether for a holiday or recovery, and would definitely stay here again.
As an Accor Platinum member, I have stayed in many Accor properties over the years and have always appreciated the quality of service and hospitality. This was my first stay at Mövenpick Living Çamlıvadi, and I would like to share my sincere appreciation for the experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine care and professionalism. We arrived very early in the morning, around 7:30 a.m., and Bilal from the Reservations team greeted us warmly. Despite the hotel being very busy, he ensured that my Platinum upgrade and room arrangements were taken care of. Even more thoughtfully, while our allocated room was being prepared, another room was offered so we could rest after our journey. This level of care goes beyond standard customer service. It reflects a true understanding of hospitality and guest well-being. Bilal's professionalism, problem-solving ability, calm manner, and genuine kindness made an excellent first impression and remained one of the highlights of our stay. I would also like to thank Mehmet and Göktug, who were consistently attentive, professional, and supportive throughout our time at the hotel. Their commitment to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. A special thank you goes to Yusuf from Housekeeping for his attention to detail and high standards, and to Halide for her kindness and professionalism. Their efforts contributed greatly to the comfort and quality of our stay. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and extremely comfortable. The bed, furnishings, kitchen facilities, and overall layout of the apartment created a very pleasant living environment. The only small observation I would offer is regarding the lighting. The ceiling lighting felt somewhat bright, while the bedside lighting was not quite sufficient for reading or creating a softer evening atmosphere. When I mentioned this, the team kindly arranged a standing lamp for the room, which was greatly appreciated and once again reflected their willingness to respond to guests' needs. What stood out most during this stay was the spirit of service. The team consistently demonstrated care, attentiveness, and a genuine desire to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. I give the service at this hotel my highest rating and would gladly stay here again in the future. Stayed here during a short stay in Istanbul. The hotel apartment was very clean and modern and just what we needed and so much better than staying in a standard size hotel room. Breakfast was also really good. I cannot fault the customer service, they went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations and the cleaning staff were very thorough. Many thanks we will be back! Many thanks to Goltug and the staff who went out of there to help us when we left behind belongings in the room which we successfully retrieved! We highly recommend this hotel!
We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights with my family. From the very beginning, the warm and friendly reception staff shows you that the management of this hotel is professional. The hotel is located in an 8-story building in a newly built town on the way from the airport to the city center. The location of this hotel can be viewed in two ways. The pleasant climate can be a good place to relax and away from the noise of the city center hotels, or it can be said that it is a little far from the city center. Of course, if you don't mind the cost of taxis and Uber and can escape the heavy evening traffic, its location near a mosque, pharmacy and supermarket is great. Good breakfast, excellent restaurant management, good and reasonable variety of dishes, chef and kind waiters like Mehmet and Rostam are some of the positive points of the hotel restaurant. The cleaning staff is very responsible, cheerful and always ready to serve, and for this reason, everywhere in the hotel is very clean. Finally, considering the reasonable price of the hotel, I will recommend it to others Saeed. Vakili.
