Clean place with large all containing comfortable dorms. Very friendly personal that speaks English very well and go beyond good service by delivering a lost belongings to another hotel, an hour drive. The location is nice and located in a more local part of istanbul close to the haciosman metrostation. The area is closed off by a high fence making it child friendly.
As a solo female traveller it was quite a nice experience staying at this hotel, the owner and the manager of the hotel and the staff all super friendly and willing to offer help . The flats were clean and spacious enough, the beds were comfy but a bit soft especially for a heavier person . I would stay again.
The best experience in all aspects... comfort, cleanliness, quiet place, wonderful reception staff... I definitely recommend the place
