We are staying here for the second time, and once again the experience has been excellent. The hotel combines fantastic facilities and tasteful design with a very convenient location. What truly makes it stand out, however, is its culture. You can feel it in the professionalism and genuine service orientation of the team. A special thank you goes to Emre Bey and Burak Bey for their outstanding service and hospitality. They took our experience to an even higher level. We also deeply appreciate the hotel’s care for stray animals. It is a wonderful example of social responsibility being part of a company’s culture, and something that makes this hotel a real role model within the hospitality sector. A hotel we will definitely return to and can wholeheartedly recommend.
I had an excellent stay at Altunizade Suites Istanbul, Curio Collection by Hilton. The hotel is modern, spotless, quiet, and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious food. The greatest asset of this hotel is its staff. I would like to sincerely thank Zehra, Merve, Begüm, Erol, Çağan, and Serde from the Front Office for their kindness, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality. They were always smiling, helpful, and made me feel truly welcome. I especially appreciate their assistance during my stay, including their help with receiving an important package. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
Service is what this hotel is all about. The staff made us feel right at home, and we had a wonderful three-night stay. Zehra at the front desk was incredibly helpful and responsive, even after we checked out when I messaged her through the Hilton app. Erol, the bellman, was kind, professional, and always willing to help. The gentleman who cleaned our room was also exceptionally friendly and courteous. There are genuinely wonderful people working at this five-star hotel, and their hospitality made our stay memorable. I highly recommend this property to anyone staying on the Asian side of Istanbul.
This hotel was simply fantastic through and through. A gorgeous lobby, perfectly appointed suites with modern style, comfortable beds, kitchenettes that is even equipped with a mini dishwasher and a perfect seating area. This works out great for groups and families! The hotel and the rooms are delightfully quiet as well. The indoor pool is beautiful, and to keep it perfectly clean they require bonnets. There is a sauna and steam room for guest use as well. A separate spa has other massage, etc services. Everything feels luxurious. What makes this place stand out even further is the helpful, respectful, kind and highly skilled hotel staff. They will ensure your experience is perfect. Thank you Ergun Bey! Breakfast was wonderful as well! Definitely will come back and recommend to others!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived until our departure. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was always friendly and professional. We would especially like to thank Mr. Caglar for his outstanding support and guidance throughout our stay. He made us feel very welcome and ensured that everything went smoothly.
