We stayed in this hotel for a few days as a family as my husband comes frequently for work - it is amazing! Lovely rooms with impeccable housekeeping, delicious cuisine, friendly staff and the most gorgeous restaurant with unbeatable Bosphorus views. Romina in the restaurant was especially charming. We loved it, would give 6 stars if possible. EATWELL family

We chose this venue for the open-air cinema event, but I expected a much more professional organization from a place like the Four Seasons. To summarize briefly: 1. The screen is quite low, and there is no tiered seating arrangement. Unless you grab a seat at the very front, it is almost impossible to see the screen due to the crowd. Either the seating should have been arranged to allow a clear view, or the screen should have been placed higher. 2. Food and beverage prices are on par with Etiler/Nişantaşı, perhaps even a notch higher. While the prices might be considered normal given the venue's standards, the quality provided unfortunately falls below average. 3. The volume of the movie was quite inadequate; it definitely should have been louder. The only nice thing about the event was that it took place by the poolside. Additionally, when you attend an organization like this, you end up paying 600 TL for an average of 3 hours of parking. While I didn't expect it to be completely free, I would have at least hoped for some sort of concession or discount for guests. In conclusion, unless these fundamental shortcomings are addressed, I unfortunately cannot recommend the open-air cinema events here.
We had dinner at Yalı Restaurant, and the service exceeded all of our expectations. Hande greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome from the very beginning. Mustafa provided impeccable service throughout the evening; friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional. It was my friends' first time experiencing Four Seasons, and thanks to the team, they were genuinely IMPRESSED. We left with amazing memories and can't wait to come back!!

Super efficient, courteous, proactive, and always eager to assist. They create a wonderful first and last impression of the hotel. 🍽️ The Restaurant Team was equally impressive, ensuring every dining experience was enjoyable and personalized. 🙏 A special thank you to Cefur, Tutku, Mehmut, and many nany others too, whose warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made our stay even more memorable. 🌱 One area where I would love to see further enhancement is the vegetarian and vegan offerings. While the quality of food is excellent, the choices for Indian vegetarians and vegan guests are currently quite limited. Given the truly international clientele that the hotel attracts, introducing a broader selection of vegan and Indian vegetarian dishes would be a wonderful addition and greatly appreciated by many guests. ✨ Overall, this is a hotel that combines world-class hospitality with what may well be one of the most spectacular waterfront settings anywhere on the planet.
