The hotel is well located. The rooms are clean and well equipped, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, the lady working at breakfast in the morning is not very welcoming or friendly and always seems upset.
There was a small mistake by the staff regarding our arrival time, and we had to wait quite a while to get to our room even though it was the middle of the night and we were very tired. But after I insisted and proved that I wasn't at fault, they realized the mistake, and everything went well for the other two days we were there. Gökge (from reception) was super sweet, helpful, and kind. The rooms are small but very clean and functional, the bed is very comfortable, the shower is great, everything seems brand new. The hotel's location is also great. We would return a thousand times 🤩
We had a lovely 3 nights at Erk Hotel. The standard room type we selected was a bit on the small side, but very clean, quiet, modern and well maintained. The breakfast was great - lots of choice and very nice, and the staff, without exception, couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Location was ideal with many of the main sites to visit within easy walking distance. Reasonably priced for what you get and so highly recommend.
Great hotel in the perfect location of Istanbul. Eminonu pier and T1 stop make it easy to explore all city. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Eren and Anastasia especially. Room is clean and fresh. Breakfast is good. The hotel is small, but you don't feel uncomfortable because of that.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. I want to give a special thanks to Mohammed at the reception—he is incredibly well-organized, professional, and truly excellent at his job. He made the check-in process seamless and welcoming. Beyond the reception, I was thoroughly impressed by all the services and the entire staff. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and the team went out of their way to be helpful. The only minor downside was that the price felt a bit expensive. I had to proceed with the booking due to a short reservation window, but despite the higher cost, the quality of service almost made up for it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-standard stay!
