Absolutely best Hotel with amazing location. The Host was so nice he gave me a free room upgrade and was super helpful. Also Ramazan who works in the coffee spot downstairs is the friendliest waiter I ever met. The only place Id stay In Istanbul.
We had a wonderful stay at Duo Galata Hotel. The location is very central and within walking distance of so many great areas, restaurants, cafés and attractions. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay and really made us feel welcome. They upgraded our room for free and had a special view of the Galata Tower! The hotel was very clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. They also arranged our airport transfer at a very reasonable price. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul!
I stayed at Duo Galata Hotel for six days, and I truly enjoyed my experience. The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to Galata Tower, with many shops and cafés nearby. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, clean, and comfortable. Due to a change in my schedule, I arrived earlier than expected, and the hotel kindly arranged an early check-in, which I greatly appreciated. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. My room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and the housekeeping service was excellent. They also arranged an airport transfer for a very reasonable price, which made my trip even more convenient. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return to this hotel in the future. Thank you for the excellent hospitality.
One of the best places to stay in Istanbul! Tidy rooms every day, good prices, very nice coffee and staff! They help you around, even if you arrive late, help to get to the airport with a taxi and much more. Highly recommended!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel near Galata Tower, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better location. Everything is within walking distance — cafés, restaurants, shops, and major attractions — which made exploring Istanbul incredibly easy and enjoyable. The area felt very safe, even late at night, and the hotel itself was spotlessly clean. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and exactly what you need after a long day of walking around the city. One of the highlights was the coffee place in the lobby — wow! Great quality coffee and a very cozy atmosphere, perfect for starting the day or relaxing in the evening. The service was outstanding. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special mention to the gentleman who dresses like a true gentleman every day — his presence, manners, and professionalism really added a unique charm to the hotel and made the experience feel extra special. Overall, amazing service, fantastic location, great cleanliness, and a very welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back again on my next visit to Istanbul.
