I honestly cannot say enough to express how amazing our stay was. DM Suites Bosphorus was truly an excellent choice and exceeded all expectations. The instructions provided by our host Mr. Serdar were incredibly detailed and helpful — he even asked me in advance about my preferred room temperature so they could prepare the apartment before our arrival. That level of care already set the tone. Serdar was exceptionally attentive. The next day he contacted us again to make sure we were comfortable and to check if we needed anything. The apartment itself is in perfect condition — well maintained, very clean, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The master bedroom has a very large king-size bed, and there is also a separate single bed. The bathroom was excellent, with consistent hot water and strong water pressure. The place has both heating and air conditioning, so comfort was never an issue. But honestly, all of that is nothing compared to the breathtaking Bosphorus view from the terrace. Having breakfast on that terrace with such a magical view makes you not want to leave the apartment at all. And not only during the day — the night view is equally stunning, with the lights reflecting on the Bosphorus creating an unforgettable atmosphere. I have stayed in many hotels and apartments in Istanbul, but I have never enjoyed my stay as much as I did this time. And I must mention something very important: when we checked out, we accidentally left my wife’s jewelry bag behind. We only realized this just before reaching the airport. We contacted Serdar immediately, and thanks to his kindness and professionalism, he sent it to the airport with his assistant Mr. Ozmat. They truly saved us, and we are beyond grateful for that. Thank you, Serdar. Thank you, Ozmat. We hope to meet you again soon, and we wish you all the success in managing this wonderful place.
I wish I could give more than five stars to this beautiful place and its wonderful team, especially the amazing host, Serdar. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Serdar was incredibly responsive, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The home itself is spotless, recently renovated, and thoughtfully designed with every detail in mind. It’s both modern and comfortable, making it a true joy to stay in. The neighborhood is not only safe and peaceful but also absolutely beautiful, with plenty of charm and character. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch experience
