If you go there for the massage rather than the spa experience, it's quite satisfying. Since it's a massage room inside a gym, you shouldn't expect too much from the place itself. But Vitri was very attentive and knowledgeable, and the staff at the reception were also very nice – I was so pleased I'll probably get a package next time.
Mac/one sports club has a spa salon inside. You get a wonderful massage therapy without needing to bring anything with you. There's direct access to the changing area, and you can use the sauna without any difficulty. I'll be coming regularly... (It's great that they're a corporate entity :))
I had chosen this place with great difficulty because the reviews said it had improved. The noises coming from the men's locker room, the vibrations from the gym music, the malfunctioning heating system, the leaky pipes on the ceiling, and the massage I received – which was moldy and I left after the first 10 minutes, not even halfway through. You can't massage a cold body. My body was ice cold, the woman's hands were ice cold, she covered me with four layers of towels. But no, it was unacceptable, I was freezing inside. There are so many reviews here about the heating, if you're experiencing something like this, can't you, as a huge company like Mac, provide a portable heater? Can't you call your customers and say, for example, "There's a situation like this, our conditions aren't suitable, if you want, we can postpone it"? It's very sad. Anyway, I contacted customer service and requested a refund, and they responded positively.
After reading the reviews here, I panicked about whether I should have chosen this branch for my gift voucher, but my massage experience was good. Most Nuspa branches have entrances through the Macfit gym, so you enter through the changing rooms; it would be better if there was a more comfortable waiting area or if we weren't kept waiting. Regarding noise, there was no sound from the gym, but there was quite a bit of construction noise in the last 5 minutes of the massage. It would be great if you could find a solution to that; I understand it's the conditions in Istanbul, but a place that provides massage services should address this.
