We are on a layover and decided to stop in because this place stayed open late. This was the BEST spa experience I've ever had!! All the staff was friendly and explained all the steps and rooms. Everything was clean. There were locked lockers for our things. We had the V Small Package: We started with the steam room with an invigorating eucalyptus scent. Then to the sauna room where we had a drink to relax. Then to the Hammam room. The Turkish bath had nice hot water and first we were scrubbed. Then there were tons of lathering bubbles with a final bathe and rinse. We did not opt for the hair wash. We then towel dried and sat in the recliner chairs where we were given an herbal tea to sip while our face mask was applied. We then finished our tea and washed our faces, and went to the massage room. The bath included some massaging, but this massage was so good. The pressure and attention to detail was top tier. After sitting on a plane for 10+ hours this was the perfect way to end the night. If I'm ever back, this place will be first on my list. Thank you, you and your staff were simply amazing!
I have had hundreds of massages in my life, but this one… this one touched me in a way I will never forget. It was, without any doubt, the best experience I have ever had. Mr. Serhan was incredibly kind and thoughtful, and the fact that he personally arranged our pickup from the hotel made us feel so valued and respected. When we arrived, Miss Sandra welcomed us with such warmth and sincerity. Her smile, her kindness, and the beautiful herbal tea she offered us created a moment of pure comfort and peace. And then came the massage… The therapists were beyond professional — they were attentive, gentle, and deeply in tune with every detail. It felt like they understood exactly what my body and mind needed, without me even having to say it. From the bottom of my heart, I want to say thank you. This was not just a massage, it was a truly emotional and unforgettable experience. I am deeply grateful for every single moment. 🙏
My husband and I had a wonderful experience.Being Australian we had never experienced anything like a Turkish bath. We were treated the greatest respect and consideration .The receptionist was lovely very warm and friendly making us feel relaxed for the experience. Staff were very professional and we left feeling like we had visited heaven🤗
